Description

This family house is 2km from the village of Lalandusse, 7km from the bastide of Castillonnès, 12km from Eymet, 20km from Bergerac airport. Lalandusse is lucky to have a village bar open 3 days a week and a restaurant 'sur réservation'.
On the ground floor there is a breakfast-room with terrace which catches the early morning sun and has an uninterrupted view over the valley of the Dropt; and a single bedroom (a folding bed can be added) with a toilet/wash-basin adjacent. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with divan beds, and with each room a private shower-room (shower, wash-basin, toilet). Each room has an early-morning tea tray. All bedroom windows are protected by mosquito screens. At the top of the stairs there is a safety gate - for young children, or elderly folk who get up in the night.
You are welcome to walk round the 2.5 acre garden, and bring your animals as long as they get on with our dogs! You are welcome to use the heated swimming-pool.
