Situated between the sea and the mountains and in the heart of the Pyrenees Orientales region, Evelyne and Alex welcome you to Castell Rose. It is an impressive pink marble middle class home, which enjoys the benefit of a unique situation, 2.5 hectares of parkland with centennial trees. The charm and character of the building will seduce you, as will the peace and the gentle rhythm of life in this special place.
In the grounds you will have at your disposal a tennis court, and a swimming pool complying with French safety regulations.
A 5 minute walk will bring you to the town centre of Prades, and using the car you are 40 minutes from the beach and 45 minutes from the ski resorts.
Both the Chambre d’hôte and the Gîte are rated 4 stars (épis) by Gîtes de France.
