The house is modern, south facing, very light inside and has great views of the surrounding valley slopes and Normandy countryside. "L'Abri-Côtier" is in over 4½ acres of land, where we will be developing a landscaped garden.
We can also offer the use of our leisure facilities under certainmon courtesy rules and according to availability.
The Guest Lounge with a magnificent view over the Valley d'Auge, bar and fridge for guests' own drinks.

Our heated swimming pool,sunbeds and BBQ in season.

Sauna for up to 4 people (Supplement of 5 € per 15 minute session)

High speed access to the Internet.

English (Sky), French (TPS) and "Free to Air" satellite TV and radio and DVD in a bedroom on request and according to availability.

Access to our 42" plasma Home Cinema in our lounge for big sporting events on request and according to availability.
