Description

Aulnay is an old small medieval castle, its 13th century tower is perfectly preserved. The main building has been restored in the 18th century. The house is located deep in the countryside (Loiret), between Fontainebleauand Orléans.
The closest stations to get to the house by regional train (RER) is Malesherbes (19 km) or Nemours (20 km) by national railway.
Aulnay is surrounded by fields in the West, a forest in the east and has its own fenced charming park. A 60 meters path leads you to the house entry. On the ground floor, you have a 180 m2 arched cellar.
The 1st floor is made of two confortable double rooms, each one with a bathroom, a dining-room, a kitchen and a living-room. The second floor includes two other double rooms with their own bathrooms and a large (40 m2) studio.
Many sport facilities are easily accessible: a tennis court (800 m), a swimming-pool (7 km), a golf court (15 km), horse riding (9 km), hiking, table tennis..ee parking available.
