Description

Le Hibou is an old stone farmhouse, dating from the 1830s that has been carefully and lovingly restored to provide the comforts of modern living whilst retaining its character and rustic charm.
Many of the original features of the house are still in evidence such as the oak timbers, exposed stone walls and the very large cantou (inglenook fireplace). We offer comfortable and spacious accommodation with en-suite facilities, attractive sun terrace plus a large garden and orchard of fruit and walnut trees.
Set in peaceful countryside, yet within 5 kms of exit 46 of the A.20 and 10 kms of A.20/A.89 link road, we are ideally situated for breaking your journey, or as a holiday base in an area with excellent walking, cycling and touring countryside, near to many sites of natural and historical interest; picnic lunches available on request.
