Maison avec véranda chauffée pour prendre le petit déjeuner tout en ayant l'impression d'être à l'extérieur. Face à la véranda se trouve un grand jardin, agrémenté d'un petit bassin, d'un saule pleureur, d'un barbecue...
L'entrée dans les chambres se fait de façon tou à fait indépendante par le biais d'un code sur la porte. La maison se situe a 25 km de La Rochelle, 20 de Rochefort et 15 de Surgères. de multiples sites touristiques connus sont alentours (L'Ile d'Oléron, l'Ile de Ré, l'Ile d'Aix...)
