A character two bedroom cottage, completely detached, set in its own grounds and surrounded on three sides by forest.It is at the end of a country lane, very secluded with no through access. There are wild boar, rabbits and foxes in quantity in all the local forests and dozens of varieties of birds including hawks. Hundreds of swallows, house martins and swifts are buzzing around in the summer months. Set in the quiet hamlet of Couroussaine, in central Brittany, just two miles from the small village of Guilliers, with all amenities, three bars, a renowned restaurant, small shops, butchers, bakers, fuel and Ploermel Lac Au Duc Golf Course is only 10 minutes away.Ten miles from Ploermel, our main shopping town with all types of shops and supermarkets.
