Description
Near Perpignan: Welcome to Peu del Causse, our old catalan farm house. Our 3 star (Gites de France) B&B offers you modern comfort within the old stone walls of this charming home. We live in the small, medieval village of Sainte Colombe de la commanderie, 16 kms from Perpignan, 2 kms from Thuir and 5kms from Castelnou. Close to the Mediterranean sea and the Spanish border, we have easy access to the cultural events in Catalonia as well as the natural beauty of the region. Hiking and biking in the foothills begin at our doorstep. Our bedrooms are very large, with double and queen sized beds. Those on the ground floor open onto the shaded inner courtyard. The rooms on the upper level have views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. All rooms are non-smoking, but smokers are welcome on the terraces and in the garden.
