L'Oustaou est un endroit enchanteur.
Au coeur des cévennes, versant méditerranéen cette ancienne magnanerie du XVIIIe siècle bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle sur les vallées cévenoles.
Le four à pain dans la cour, l'aire à battre au dessus de la citerne d'eau sont autant d'éléments de la cuisine du hameau de Penens que fut jadis l'Oustaou. Dans ce vieux mas, Elisabeth accueille ses hôtes comme on reçoit ses amis.
