Gegrepen door de rustieke streek en de prachtig geleden locatie hebben de eigenaren dit huis gekocht. De Maison La Clochette verwijst naar de romantisch ouderwetse bel die aan het huis hangt. La Maison Clochette heeft een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht over het dal waar het riviertje Ternin stroomt. Even verderop in het dal is het rustieke dorpje Sommant gelegen. Het huis heeft een grote tuin van ongeveer 1 hectare, waar u altijd wel een leuk plekje kunt vinden. Het huis is beschikbaar als een rustig gelegen kleinschalige Chambres d' Hôtes accomodatie.
Maison La Clochette heeft de beschikking over drie gastenkamers, deze bevinden zich allen op de begane grond. Alle kamers hebben openslaande deuren naar een privé terras met prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels en het dorpje Sommant.
