Description
The castle of Saint Germain-les-Buxy, in South Burgundy, is located in the heart of a unic viticultural and historic area embracing the cities of Beaune and Cluny.
The castle rests in a romantic park of 25 acres .
The exceptionnal moats surround the castle and its outside buildings which creates a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere.
You will be greeted as friends by the descendants of Vivant Denon's nephew who took part in the Napoleon Egyptian Expedition with his great-uncle.
Two appartements are available. One in the chateau with three bedrooms (3x2), one compatible with handicaped people in the outstandings with two bedrooms (2+1) . It is possible to rent these rooms as bed and breakfast (chambre d'hotes) or for the week (gite).
It is possible to come with horses (up to four) : individual large stables are available
