A 400 m d'une commune de 8000 habitants, on y trouve de nombreux commerces et excellente infrastructure. La mer est située à 15 kms : nombreuses plages de sable fin, possibilités de pêche. Brest, Morlaix, Quimper sont des villes très attractives et offrent beaucoup de découvertes notamment le musée de la mer "Océanopolis", jardins botaniques... L'aéroport se trouve à 8 kms.
