Description
Nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains, our guest house is in the lovely French village of Issor. Just 10mins from the quaint town of Oloron-Sainte-Marie, 50mins from the beautiful City of Pau and 1.5hrs from the stunning coast of Biarritz and also Lourdes. In the village of Issor, with a magnificent view of the surrounding area, we have a little shop come cafe/bar where the locals will welcome you. Also nearby are several ski resorts, the closest being just 40mins away, La Pierre Saint Martin, with spectacular panoramic views.
Our location in Issor in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountain range, is perfect to discover what is essentially a paradise for activity seekers including-walkers as there are an endless number of walking routes in the area including the GR10 route, for cyclists there's also numerous routes you can discover for road cycling, the Tour de France passes through the village most years including 2006 and this year 2007.
