Pourquoi ce nom, c'est simple ???
Cette résidence était une école de filles, appelées les Gibaldipontines alors le clos des Gibaldipontines aurait été trop compliqué à retenir il est donc resté : le Clos Di Pontine.
Venez profiter du jardin clos de 1700 m², au coeur du village de Pontgibaud.
Situé sur les hauteurs du bourg, vous apprécierez le calme de la campagne.
Un escalier vous guidera vers les commerces et 4 restaurants.
Dans la résidence, vous disposerez d'une salle de jeux avec table de ping-pong, terrain de boules, balançoire, badminton, d'un ensemble de jardin et d'un barbecue....suivants les saisons.
Notre situation géographique au coeur du parc des volcans d'Auvergne nous donne accés à tous les chemins de randonnées ainsi qu'aux petites routes pour les ballades à moto.
En ces lieux, nous sommes à 25 kms de Clermont-fd, 20 kms du Puy de Dôme, 10 kms de Vulcania et lemptegy, 30 kms du Mont-Dore et 3 kms d'un plan d'eau pour la baignade.
