Description

Our 18th century renovated farmhouse sits in a small farming hamlet, just 3 minutes drive away from the lovely town of Montreuil Bellay with it's charming chateau and river Thouet. We are set on the edge of the Loire valley, less than 20 minutes away from the sparkling town of Saumur and the picturesque town of Doue La Fontaine with one of Europe's top Zoo's. For wine lovers there are several exceptional vineyards close by and a tourist route that will guide you round the wine-growing area.
Our bedroom's have been renovated and tastefully furnished to retain the character and original features. Bedroom 1: Twin beds, satelite tv, tea & coffee facilities, hairdryer and ensuite bath, shower, basin & wc. Bedroom 2: Double bed, satelite tv, tea & coffee facilities, hairdryer, a sofa which can be made into a bed to accomodate two children, there is an ensuite shower, basin & wc.
The farmhouse sits in a lovely landscaped garden with ample parking & terrace area for guests to enjoy.
