I rent a double room with one double bed including TV, radio, DVD player near Paris (10 minutes) in a house with a big garden. The room has its own entry. The common transports : bus or train are 5 minutes walking from my home and take you directly to Paris in 10 minutes.
The price would be 39 euros/a night/1 person, 45 including breakfast or 59 euros/ a night /2 persons, 69 with 2 breakfasts
