Les premières traces remontent à l’an 1048.
Nous avons découvert ce Domaine laissé plus ou moins, à l’abandon. Nous avons décidé de le remettre en valeur, tout en essayant de respecter son charme et son âme.
A partir de maintenant, le Domaine d’Ainay s’ouvrent à toutes personnes désireux de jouir de ce lieu, ainsi que de tout ce que le terroir de Bourgogne peut offrir.
