Description
The city of Limoges, administrative capital of the Limousin region, dates back from the Gallo-Roman period and is famous for its porcelain and enamel factories. The A20 motorway puts Limoges in close contact with Paris in the north and Toulouse in the south. Nearby historical sites such as the Castle of Rochechouart, the Second World War martyred village of Oradour-sur-Glane and the historic route of Richard Coeur de Lion are well worth a visit. La Musardière is only 18 kilometers from Limoges-Bellegarde Airport.
