Description
Passion d'Oc is gelegen in de Minervois-Corbieres aan het Canal du Midi. Aan de rand van het dorp Paraza, uitkijkend over de wijngaarden. Een gebied met een heerlijk klimaat, prachtige natuur en veel mogelijkheden voor wandelingen, fietsen, cultuur, zee en stranden. Le Pays Cathare, zoals het gebied ook wel wordt genoemd, staat vol met historische bezienswaardigheden. Zijn beroemde katharen kastelen als Queribus en Peyrepertuse. Fontfroide, Lagrasse en Carcassonne. Canal du Midi met haar sluizen, viaducten en mogelijkheden om te varen.
Verder liggen wij aan de voet van de Montagne Noir, een prachtig natuurgebied en nabij de Haute Corbieres richting Pyereneeen. Midden in de wijnbouw waarvan wij u tijdens de avondmaaltijd de wijnen laten proeven. U bent van harte welkom.
