Description

La Paresse en Douce means, freely translated, ‘lovely laziness’ and that is exactly what we offer you: time to relax combined with delicious meals and a good night’s rest.
La Paresse en Douce lies on the outskirts of the village of Tours sur Meymont (623m) between the picturesque foothills of the Monts du Livradois and the gorges of the river Dore. Our ‘maison d’hôtes’ is a sturdy, large period property with a walled garden.
We have spacious and attractive rooms of which many of the old features have been preserved. All of the bedrooms have comfortable super king size beds. Every room has its own modern bathroom. Mid-2009 we’ll have also 2 XL-rooms. An XL-room includes a spacious room with super king size beds and a sitting area, a 2nd bedroom with super king size beds and of course a luxury bathroom with modern comfort.
In the evening you can pull up a chair at our ‘table d’hôte’. We prepare a four-course dinner for you.
