Sholu, a writer and former teacher, and Mark a practicising artist, also a former teacher, fell in love and bought maison Bonne La Vie in 2004 with the dream of running painting, sculpting, gourmet and wellness weeks. Their home, a 150 year-old maison de village set close to a river among fields of sunflowers and maize, set against a backdrop of the majestic Pyrenees, is sure to work its charm on all guests.
