You will be assured of a warm welcome at Auberge de la Fontaine which is situated in a small village near Saintes, Royan & Cognac. Beautiful rooms all individually furnished to different styles & periods. Great food & wine - we have a cave which holds upto 1200 bottles of carefully selected wines! Always a choice of wonderful food cooked by Karen, who has run numerous restaurants throughout the world. Malcolm is on hand to talk about his Potagerwhere all our fresh vegetables come from! Lovely front & rear gardens to sun yourself or just relax with a drink & watch the world go by! A Swimming Pool which is open during the Summer months & numerous log burning fires & full central heating for the Winter months.
Fluent English, French & German spoken - Malcolm is a retired language teacher!
